My tenant reported a severely leaking kitchen sink in my downtown Toronto unit. I came across Extra Mile via a Kijiji search. From what I hear, hiring the wrong plumber could be costly and a huge headache, but not with Extra Mile! I was able to connect with Jonah immediately and after sending a video of the issue, he let me know a new faucet is likely required. Communication was excellent and the fees were more than reasonable. He picked up a new faucet at cost and free of pickup fee or up charge (and provided the receipt). He then charged the minimum labour charge of $200. Within a few hours of contacting Jonah, he had everything fixed and working like brand new. I highly recommended his services!
